For persons from Allegheny County pursuing higher education at institutions in Western Pennsylvania.

For children of Duquesne Club employees with at least 1,000 hours of service in the preceding year.

For students studying performing and theatrical arts at Carnegie Mellon University, Chatham University or Point Park University.

For the children and grandchildren of current Gannett Fleming employees who show exceptional leadership and character.

For students in two or four-year college programs or trade schools as a full-time students anywhere in the United States.

For volunteers of the Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department or for their dependent children.

For PRO-Tec full-time employees and their dependents.

children of Microbac Laboratories, Inc. employees and to encourage the pursuit of careers in the sciences.

For students who are children of employees of Dollar Bank.

For students age 21+ who are PYP members and attending a 4-year college or university in the Greater Pittsburgh region.
